my life's work
Art for me is like air, through it, I see clearly.
With its help, I am connected to the vibrant and pulsating beauty that surrounds me, which so easily becomes hidden from sight.
Art keeps me alive and awake. It keeps my dreams close to me. An inseparable part of my waking life.
And for that reason, I create.
My main area of creation is self-photography.
As a mother of four young children, I couldn't find endless and expansive time to engage in creation through color, shape, and material as I longed to.
But creating with light, capturing an image,
exploring and discovering myself, my identity, my internal definitions for myself, and the external definitions society imposes on me, through my body – this I managed to weave into maternal demanding lifestyle.
